Your car most likely is suffering from ownerhatesme syndrome. This is most likely caused by:
A)lack of a much needed oil change.
B)lack of a much needed tune up.
C)lack of transmission fluid.
D)lack of a full systems check.
And finally
E)lack of love from the owner. For they are responsible for buying a ford when they know fords are known to break down and go bad over a short period of time.

And if you have done everything said above, the only problem could be a very dirty engine that struggles to get gas into the engine fast enough, or through corroded pipes. A full systems check is all you need to know the steps you need for your (F)ixed (O)r (R)epaired (D)aily to run smoothly again.

Hope it helps.

Loss of power on acceleration & hills no warning lights showing

Have the codes read anyway. Turn the key on, do you see a check engine light? We work on auction cars also. To many times I see that the light is not on.

Toyota Prius 2003 Warning light has a car with exclamation point in the middle of it plus a triangle with an exclamation point. Has no power when I accelerate.

My 2003 warning light frequently goes on after going down a long hill. The dealer has tested, and thinks that it is related to the traction battery being overcharged or overheated after a long hill. Doesn't seem to affect performance and the the problem clears up after turning the car on and off several times. If you have no power when you accellerate, it suggests that the electric motor has cut out some how, until the problem is cleared up. Would be interested in finding out what your solution was.

1990 Buick Silouete loses power when accelerating, as engine warms it gets worse. Changed filter and had gas tank cleaned out recently did not solve the problem. It drives ok at normal speeds, it spudders...

You are a 1990 Oldsmobile sihouette with a 3.1 these vehicle are speed density in other word you are equipt with a MAP (manifold air pressure) when this sensor fails you loose the ability to accelerate or hesitate as you accelerate make sure the vacuum hose is connected to it and it is no leaking vacuum if the hose is okay and it is electrically connected correctly your fix is to replace the MAP sensor

My 2001 hyundai elantra (automatic) loss power while driving

The check engine light usually comes on when there is a faulty sensor. or circuit. Sounds like you may have a faulty throttle position sensor. It would be best to have engine codes read to pinpoint exact problem area. Many part stores do this for free.

Loss of power on acceleration. Put new fuel

Probably the ignition timing is not advancing the spark on acceleration or high rpm's.

That is the job of the ECM (Electronic Control Module). Check it / Replace it.

Hope this helps!

1992 ford tempo 2.3L diagnostic code 10 what does it mean?

Code PO10 has to do with the "Camshaft Position Actuator circuit Bank 1" an actuator is a relay, solenoid or motor that send a signal to the cumputer that something is wrong.i think in this case it is the Camshaft Position Sensor or the camshaft interrupter magnet. Probably the sensor has to be replaced. It is located on the engine block.
