Everything you said has stopped working is controlled by the body control module or as Mazda/ Ford calls it a general electronic module(GEM). If the fuses are good may need to hook up to a scan tool to see if the GEM is working and controlling outputs to these problems.
Had a truck that kept killing battery and we unplugged the air conditioner control panel and no more dead battery. Don't know if will be helpful but worth a try.
