My cigarette lighter and radio stopped working in my 2000 Toyota RAV4...which fuses do I change to see if this will help the problem? I cannot seem to find a diagram on-line anywhere.

The fuse box cover will show the location of the fuses relative to their function, failing that check through the higher rated fuses for the lighter one.

All of those are controlled by or influenced the BCM. You need a good auto electrician with a pro grade scan tool to check the BCM and communication to and from it.
This is for anyone with this problem, I had the SAME issue and NO one
had the right answer on here, if they best you can do is "this must be a
wiring isssue" your an IDIOT and should go back to facebooking. IF you
have checked your fuses and that is not the issue, it is the cigerette
lighter, there are fuses behind here that have gone out and is not
completing the circuit for the radio, the lighter, the clock or the
automatic windows. I found a 5 minute fix and it works on you tube!

To test if the cig lighter works buy a 12volt test light at radio shack and test the center of the cig lighter to see if you get power there.if you don't then there is a blown fuse somewhere check the fuses in the engine compartment?
