On your Santa Fe, each spark plug has it's own "coil". the computer sends a signal to the coil at the precise moment that it needs to provide power for the spark plug.

oxygen sensor ( O2) are located after the cat converter
the one in the exhaust manifold is a heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) and is a totally different operation sensor
Common configuration is 1 - 3 - 4 - 2 for most cars of the four cylinder type -- I have not worked on a Hyundai Santa Fe so I don't know if this is a six cylinder or not and I cannot remember the firing order for six pot anyway .......... sorry
There is a very good chance the Crankshaft Position Sensor needs replaced. The CKP is what I replace the most for no spark on the 2.4 engine. It is behind the timing belt cover mounted above the crankshaft sprocket. Sometimes they just fail because the sensor was a bad part, other times teeth shear off of the timing belt and get in the wrong place and break the sensor.
