My land rover discovery car key is stuck and not able to turn it back fully or out but can turn it forward to see lights in panel and to start the key ( car) that is the only thing that can be done. I do not wish to get another complete key change. I have anti-lock light comes on and off some times. Thank

A dealer replacement is the only option to reset the system and that is an expensive fix. You can buy a replacement fob online but be careful - it will need to be fully compatible or you run the risk of locking yourself out OR losing the central locking function.

Do more homework - especially on the specialist Land Rover forums before buying
1. Pull out side facing seat or pocket cover. 2. Unscrew fastener and remove access panel. 3. Turn bulb holder anti-clockwise to release. 4. Remove bulb. Refitting is reverse of the above procedure
Does the starter spin? Has the battery been load tested? Are the battery cables clean and tight on the the battery posts? Check all this and you will likely find one of them to be the problem.
The red light means the Immobiliser has not been turned off, the deactivator in the key must not be working correctly, visit your local land rover dealer who will be able to make sure the key is paired to the car correctly, otherwise you may need a new key.
Sounds like the stop solenoid is playing up (smallish 27mm nut with wire(s) going to it located on the top of the high pressure pump)

the unit where u put the key is broken on the back side of the unit is a swith that is y u can turn key in positions ....if there is a time damage often similar problems comming...
it sounds like your starter motor is faulty. first make sure the battery is fully charged, then place a screwdriver between the contacts of the solenoid on the starter motor, if it again just clicks, then you need to repair or replace the starter motor.
