I have a ford 93 thunderbird. Every time I press down on the gass the ac stops blowing air why is this?

When you speak of the AC stops blowing I assume you mean the AC, as in cold air stops blowing, and the fan speed remains the same. I belive that car has a vacuum switch that under low vacuum (heavy acceleration) the AC compressor will drop out allowing more of the engine's power to go to the rear wheels rather than make cold air. If you find the AC drops out at slight acceleration I suspect his switch is failing and would require replacement.

put an mustang 5.0 if you want real fast put cool air intake and headers with 2.5 inch exhust and 20 series flow master and dual all the way out the back cost a little bit but well worth it if you wanna smash on little imports ,mustang,camaro you mostlikly have the 8.8 rearend witch is a good rearend and you can gear it to your needs for quickness or speed however you want it for your motor .
