You need a new battery or when you use another car to jump your car, you have to start the other car and accelerate it and probably you can start your car.
Because your battery is very weak.
Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.

2003 jetta tdi - choked down...died in intersection...turned switch and nothing. light and panel died...lights flicker, get weak and now only starts with push off (manuel). Seems like a short somewhere...? after push start car runs like a champ. can't find short. think it is in the ignition switch..weird it just started doing this when choked down. Any ideas?
I have the same problem - tried to start the car and it never turned over and died. The battery checks out, replaced the negative battery cable and the starter. Relay 109 checks out..what the heck??? I would greatly appreciate any advice!!
