Download your owners manual then go to roadside emergencies and your fuse box and power distribution box diagrams and fuses and relays are there also check the switch in the trunk like the previous answer if you go to a gas station and fill it up with air at the valve try hotwiring the compressor it might've gone bad 20 years old now good luck Stephen
Located on the drivers side ( In the trunk ) there is a switch. make sure switch is turned on. When off this will disable your air ride and air ride pump cause- it not to work.. It may have been dis-abled. this could be your problem... Good luck

well a car that old it would be more cost effected to replace air bags with inverted coil spring. I have done this in 10 of my Towncars thru 35 years of owning them
You got a fail compressor or a seal leak bad dryer height sensor could be broke many things here for you if you need more ideas
