There are 2 plugs per cylinder, so you will need 16 all together. The spark plugs are located under the coil packs, remove the coils and the plugs are at the bottom of the spark plug tubes. On the earlier modes of the 5.7 one plug is under the coil and the other is connected by a spark plug wire, but yours should be the newer version where they are under the coils only

That motor has 16 plugs. You remove the coils and they are under there. It has 2 plugs per cylinder. Positive crankcase ventilation valve is what is referred to by pcv valve. It is usualy near or in the valve cover with a vacume hose to the intake. Some dodges screw it in to the intake and run a hose to the valve cover. If you can't find it let me know and I will look in the book. I hope this helps you. Thanks....Dan

I'm assuming this is a 5.7 hemi. Remove the 8 coil packs that are bolted to the top of the valve cover. You can do 1 at a time. Each coil pack has two spark plugs under it . use a 5/8 spark plug socket and extention. If its a 4.7 the coil packs are held on by one 10mm nut. These packs are just inside the valve cover on both sides of the engine. There will be only one 5/8 plug for each pack
