I have a 1994 jeep grand cherokee limited edition with a 4.0 liter straight 6, it has a loud squeeling noise. I have replaced the following , Altinator, both idler pullys, disconnectedthe ac pump and put a shorter belt on and about to replace the power steering pump. I don't think it's the water pump, because its not over heating , and i don't know if the crankshaft pully would make that sound. and it mainly happens at night time when i'm running the head lights then the voltage needle drops down!!! and if you punch the throttle it will go back up eventually. Any answers ?

I have run across alot of new alternators especially rebuilt ones that are faulty . b 4 replacing the steering pump I would pull the alt and have it checked. if you did away with the a/c compressor completely then that eliminates the a/c comp. clutch. The power steering being bad the noise should change when you turn sharply.

How do i replace/install a heater core for a 1999 limited edition jeep cherokee 4.0 liter 6cyclinder

I would make sure the core is the problem. You may have a heater control valve that cuts off flow to the core by vac. or a blend door that cuts off air flow thru the core.
You will need a shop manual to replace the core. The dash and console have to come out, along with discharging the ac.

Need to know the plugwire placement in 1994 Jeep Cherokee

That vehicle came with three different engine options for that year, there was a 2.5 liter inline 4 cylinder engine, a 4.0 liter inline 6 cylinder engine, or a 5.2 liter V-8 engine. Here are the firing order diagrams for all three engines and one of them should help you to solve your problem.
