I'm not sure exactly where it is but they are always on one of the valve covers. it is shaped like an "L" and will have one vacuum hose connected to it and it inserts into a rubber grommet on the valve cover.

ye s95 and 94 have the same engine just make sure they are the same size engine and swap em you wont have to do anything with the computer side. 94, 95 did not have anything run by the PCM such as anti theift training.

The AC light is flashing because the AC compressor "revolution sensor" is not working properly. You need to consider replacing the Revolution sensor that is located on the side of the compressor. You need a pro to do this, as the Freon will escape if you try this yourself.
