Question about 1994 Ford Bronco
The fuel pump relay is called the "Main Relay" so, check the Main Relay and its fuse. ...but if you could hear the fuel pump running then it's not a main relay problem.

1994 ford Bronco was starting and running fine. My daughter drove it 3 miles to school that morning then a few hours later she went to start it and it would'nt start. The door chime and all the dome lights, lights on dash lite up as normal and when you turned the key to (start) position you could hear the fuel pump then it just would click and not turn over and start. Jumped the battery that didn't work. Had it towed home and tried a few more times that night to get it to start but no luck. Next afternoon went to check it out again and for the heck of it thought id try starting it. Would'nt ya know it..It STARTED right up? After checking Battery and solenoid..etc I thought it was the starter but now im not sure.

Haven't come across any petrol (gasoline) fuel injected vehicle that doesn't have a fuel pump relay......if you can hear the fuel pump running, the relay must be good....If the vehicle doesn't want to start, its more likely that you have some other problem.... Check to find out if you have ignition....Remember it's high voltage, so take care.... Remove one of the plug leads and with an insulated screw driver inserted where the plug fits, hold the metal part that protrudes close to a metal part that's grounded.....Somewhere on top of the engine.....Check to see if there's a spark....with a system in good condition, the spark should easily jump 5mm..... If you have spark, then check the fuel pump pressure....This needs special equipment, so it's off to the repair shop....
Hope this info is a help?

it doesn't have a fuel pump relay it has a fuel pump control unit and it is located on the chassis back quarter drivers side near the tube cross member for chassis on top of chassis rail near bed mount. locate the rear springs front perch and it will be above that on top of rail.
hope this helps. good luck and please ask any question you have.
