Your Power Steering pump is were the noise comes from, the system fluid must be flushed until it's clean and the PS Pump replaced, around $300 to fix.

Ac quit working right after speedometer quit working around 60 mph. the rpms after i got off the interstate started to jump and my steering wheel seemed hard to turn

Hello, The reason why it was hard to steer was the engine wasn't running. The rpm, seedo, air condition, power steering does work if the engine has died. First check to see the belts are on the pulley and rolls in the engine carpment. If they are on and not broken then you other problem.

Will you car start, if doesn't. You could have run out of fuel?. Power steer pressure valve is faulty, broke a timing belt, run out of oil and the engine quit working. Engine got hot and stopped.

If it not starting, call a wrecker have them take to a garage of your choice. GB...stewbison

When im driving and i reach 20mph it jerks when it changes gears. what do u think the problem is

Check the fluid level in the transmission. You may be "running out" of fluid needed to shift to second.
You can try changing the transmission fluid and adding a small amount of Lucas transmission additive it may help a balky solenoid. Fords don't have a filter for you to change, but do offer a add-on type on the line to the radiator.

When im driving my 1998 ford taurus the car dies everytime i use the lights. and battery goes dead.

you should check the alternator to see if it is putting out the voltage it should. (13 to14 volts) If not the car is draining the battery until it quits running. putting the lights on would just speed up the process

Heater blows out cold air half the time

Check the coolant level. It might be air buble in a heater core. Also it might be water pump problem.
Good Luck
