Location and/or diagram of the output speed sensor on a 2014 Ford F150 XLT transmission.

The output speed sensor on a 2014 Ford F150 XLT is typically located on the transmission tailshaft or the rear of the transmission case. It is used to measure the rotational speed of the transmission output shaft and send a signal to the vehicle's powertrain control module (PCM) indicating the transmission gear ratio.
I would recommend checking the vehicle's service manual for a more specific location and a diagram of the sensor, as the location and installation may vary depending on the specific transmission model and options your Ford F150 XLT has.
The output speed sensor is typically a small, cylindrical sensor that is mounted to the transmission case. It is connected to the PCM via a harness and may be located near the transmission oil pan or near the output shaft.
If you're unsure of its location or have trouble finding it, a professional mechanic will be able to locate and diagnose any issues with the output speed sensor.

I have a 2008 Yukon Denali and I’m trying to replace my transmission speed sensor but can’t locate the sensor. Do you know it’s location on my truck ?

Most are where the output shaft is in the tail part of the transmission so it can read the shaft speed buy the part so you know what it looks like but 4wd it should be where the transfer case bolts to the transmission because that's where the output shaft is then comes the case

Check engine light code P0720...failed output shaft speed sensor or electrcal problem...what is a speed sensor..can i buy the part

The output shaft speed sensor lets the computer know how fast you are going down the road to help it pick gear change points..
Yes, you can buy one and replace it.
First check the wires and plug going to it.
Your manual will probably describe its location better than me, but it will be toward the rear of the gearbox and usually has a small gear on the end that meshes with a mating gear on the output shaft as you put it in.
