Christina, May just be a loose Tone ring, plug/wire,wheel speed sensor, etc. You will have to take vehicle into a good shop and have scanned for diagnostic codes to determine which sensor, wire, etc is bad and causing the advance track light to display and estimate repair. Check the attached links, instruction and guides, Good luck

The first thing to do is to have the ABS and engine computers scanned for trouble codes. The problem with the check engine light could also turn on the ABS and traction control lights. Or it could be different issues. The gas gauge being out of calibration could be the float in the gas tank or the gauge on the dash. I doubt that problem is related to the warning lights.
have the ABS wheel sensors checked for broken wires or out of adjustment at the wheels where the pads were replaced
take it to an accredited brake professional shop that understands the connection between the abs operation and the autopilot operation
The ABS has been deactivated but the normal barkes are still active. This is why your brakes run fine now. You might have damaged the sensors or the tone ring. The tone ring is made up of teeth that the sensor reads. If one of them are damaged, the computer will miss diagnose your problem and the ABS light will turn on. Good luck!
I just had the same exact problem. The ABS light was on constanly, and the 4x4 high light flashes about 8 times, turns off for about 2-5 minutes, then flashes again for another 8 times and keeps repeating. In addition, I was also hearing and feeling a grinding and clunking noise going in reverse, and the steering wheel was difficult to turn. I changed a bad hub assembly on the front driver side and everything went away...fixed! I wouldn't let anybody tell me that the ABS system and the 4x4 system are not linked together. In fact, my local Ford service department assured me that I had two separate issues. Well, I only had one issue and it was a bad ABS sensor. I hope my exprience helps you.
