Typically it will be right under the drivers door along the frame rail. Some of these vans including the Savanna vans have a non servicable fuel filter
Hello drk.... I do not think there is a fuel filter on this model, as strange as that seems. Apparently the engineers believe they have designed the oil pan to catch any debris which will get removed when the oil is changed. Joe

The fuel filter is located inside the frame rail on the driver side, forward of the fuel tank. you need the proper line wrenches. Remove the gas cap to alleviate some of the line pressure then undo the nuts on either side of the filter and remove it. Make sure to orient the new filter correctly.
