You need to call your local dealer and give your radio model and radio serial number , if your lucky they will give by phone if not you need to present your self , at the dealer , they may charge you for it ,

Radio unlock codes are specific to each radio. If you can remove the radio and read the serial number, make a note of it and take it to a dealer who will calculate the code for you.
