If you check the wire that comes from the horn button to the relay for voltage when the horn is pushed and have voltage then you have a bad relay,if not then you probably have bad contacts in the horn pad area or even the clock spring itself.
Did this happen after you removed or disconnected the battery? If so there is something crazy in the system that causes the horn to sound when you reconnect the battery. Then the horn does not work... To solve: Disconnect the battery - first then +. Wait about 5 minutes. Remove the horn relay. (Map is on fuse housing cover. I believe it is the bottom right as you look at it from the side of the vehicle.) Reconnect the battery + first then -. replace the relay and you should be good to go. Let me know if this helped.
