Why won't my 1997 ford expidition Start it's turning over but won't start my fuze is blown on the interior fuze box it's the last row over to the right and the 9th one down

CAN YOU REPLACE THE FUSE? AND START AGAIN. IF NOT TAKE OUT ONE SPARK-PLUG LAY ON THE ENGINE BLLOCK STILL CONNECT TO ITS WIRE; ACTIVATE THE STARTER WHILE CHECKING FOR SPARKS ON THE PLUG. nO SPARK, NO POWER.

Why is my 2000 expidition sputtering at idle

check the spark plugs may be time for a tune up. it may have coil packs instead of spark plug wires which commonly go bad and cause a misfire at idle as well

My 1999 ford expidition want start

Could be many things. First i would listen for the fuel pump to kick on whenever you turn the key on(without starting). Then if you don't hear it kicking on, check all your fuses. Especially the fuel pump fuse. If none of your fuses are bad, then your fuel pump is shot and you need to replace it. After that, if it still wont start, Check to see if your getting spark to your spark plugs. You can do this by taking the sprk plug out, and keeping it hooked to the wire and have someone try to crank the motor. As they are turning the motor over, see if you see the spark plug sparking. If not, then its your coil packs, or your vehicle is off time. ALSO, try changing the crank sensor. That could be why its not starting as well. Hope this helps, James Booth. Please rate this. :) And good luck with your experiance in trying to crank your vehicle. Have a good day.

I would like to know how to change the spark

FIRST OF ALL YOU HAVE CHANGE SPARK PLUGS WHEN ENGINE IS COOL.IF YOU CHANGE THEM WHILE ENGINE IS HOT YOU COULD DAMAGE THE ALUMINUM HEADS OR CAUSE DISTORTION.TO CHANGE SPARK PLUGS YOU NEED A SPARK PLUG SOCKET.A TORQUE WRENCH.ITS NOT MANDATORY.BUT IT WILL KEEP YOU FROM OVER TIGHTEN SPARK PLUGS.YOU NEED A 3/8 RATCHET AND EXTENSION.YOU ALSO NEED A SPARK PLUG GAP GAUGE.AND SPARK PLUG BOOT PULLER.YOU ALSO NEED SOME ANTI SEIZE COMPOUND.TO PREVENT DAMAGE THREADS WHEN INSTALLING THE SPARK PLUGS.
