I have a 2000 saturn SL2 1.9L DOHC automatic trans, the transmission recently failed so I replaced the transmission, the transmission has approx. 34,000mi. After installing trans I got a code 741 TCC stuck in off position. I replaced TCC solenoid, still the same so pull the trans back out and replaced torque converter, still the same, I also set the transmisson range switch again to double check.

These are the fuses for the solenoids in the valve body Inside the Transmission, they turn on & off as needed to shift.
Check all of those fuses, making sure they are not corroded or tarnished.
Make sure that your charging system is functioning properly.

These engines have a timing chain, not a belt. They also have nylon coated guides under the cover that wear. If you change the chain yourself, or have it done, check the guides as well.

No there is not. There is on a fill hole for rebuild and fill purpose's.
