Coil testing is not a good idea, if it might be an issue and you have never replaced it, replace it. Except for the plugs the ignition parts are supposed to be resistance free. Plugs should be copper core Bosch F8DC4's or equivalent.

Squirt some WD40 around the swtich to let it leak in behind. Wipe off the excess. Your window will work again. Done this several times on several old MBZs.
