Warning light on dash says "Lights" but all lights work?

It sounds like the bump has damaged wiring or dislodged something. You need to find a good auto-electrician.

There are many warning lights that can come on , some very serious , and you should shut down the engine and not drive further till the fault is repaired , oil pressure, overheating , brake fail , the above warning lights are classed as serious, most other warnings are minor but should be repaired as soon as possible . The drivers hand book will show the symbol for each fault.

Yes it may be the wires are shorting or its actually the problem with instrument cluster.
Also get the vehicle scanned for any error codes stored in computer this will confirm whether is short circuit issue or actual problem:------

"Check your license plate lights" The red lights on each side of the trunk open indicator

It's an yellow warning indicator lamp. It lights when front brake pads are weared. Now it's time to replace used brake pads!

to clear the code disconnect the battery, you could have a bad brake lite swich, its under the dash by the brake pedal

I believe it's the washer fluid light

1st space down
Left: 4-wheel steering oil level warning light

4th space down:
Left: charging system warning light
