A warning light came on on my dash board but i do not have the owners manual and i am not sure what the warning light stands for. It kind of looks like this ( ! ) but the bottom is connected by a squiggley line

The warning lights should be listed in your owners manual. It could be a warning for one of the gauges, or engine/transmission problems.
They are more common on Toyota Prius.
What kind of vehicle is it? Check your owners manual, it should tell you in there what the warning lights mean. I have never seen a horse on my dashboard, but my truck is a '03.
It should be letting you know that you have a tire pressure problem. If you still have the owners manual read it. It will explain what to do, what to look for and how to reset the light if need be.
I believe the "green key" icon on your instrument panel is a security/ theft warning light, if you do not have the owners manual, i would suggest contacting the dealer to find out more information. Hope this helps.
