No rear brake lights, put new brake switch, turn signal switch, no fuses blown all lights work besides rear brake lights

Your year--make--model didn't post for some reason? That info would help.
You needed to check voltage and ground for the system, before you replaced anything. I realize it takes a little longer plus you need a wiring diagram, but, it prevents needlessly replacing parts. All you need to check voltage and ground is a test-light, basically.
Do you have a high-mount brake lamp, does it work?

No brakespedal goes to the floor and will not stop

Do you have rusted out brake tubing or a blown
brake flex hose
Obviously & rarely do brakes go to the floor
Can't see the issue from the internet

I have a1993 Fird Taurus wagon. The brake lights

Check all fuses with a test light with key on.
This is the best way to do it on Fords.
Change all blown fuses.
Are the brake light BULBS OK?
This is the more common cause of.....no brake lights.
....and don't forget the brake light switch if all this fails.

No brake light

if there is only power on one side of the fuse it is blown insert another fuse anyways then goto the brake light switch and see if you have power on one side if you do, then press on the brake pedal if power doesn't show on the other side when you press it then you have a bad brake light switch.

97 FORD CONTOR NO BRAKE LIGHTS INSIDE REAR WINDOW BRAKE LIGHT WORKS,SIGNALS WORK EMEGENCY WORKS TOO ,BUT NO BRAKE LIGHTS. HELP!

If there is no fuse that is blown, then according to wiring diagrams on autozone.com repair info link it must be the combination switch: http://econtent.autozone.com:24991/znetrgs/repair_guide_content/en_us/images//0900c152/80/0a/8d/31//large/0900c152800a8d31.gif

My mother's brake lights (1996 Ford Contour) were not working and it was the combination switch. The combination switch is an assembly by the wheel, you use it to give turn signals, high beam, hazard lights and apparently the 'smart' Ford designers linked the rear brake lights to it. Could be a contact that is oxidized. I repaired mine. I may have one lying around. You can get this from a junk yard. I believe it is pretty simple to remove.
