My mitsubishi endeavor 2004, i had an oil change in the first week of March and i haven't done it yet. what happens if i keep driving my car for another week.

I suspect you are talking about the change oil light or lcd display
if so you can still drive usually up to 500 miles check your oil level
and do not go on extended trip until you can get it changed
also dont wait another 6 month

I don't understand what your asking. If your oil change light is on, your fine for another week.
