First you would want to locate your fuse box sometimes on the cover it will tell you which fuse does what if it is not on the cover it is in the owners manual, if you don't have the owners manual if you live near a dealership they will sometimes give a print out of which fuse is for what, how you would be able to tell the fuse you pull is bad is the wire inside the fuse will be burnt of black, your fastest and easiest way would be go to your local auto parts store and buy a test light they are like $5 attach the wire coming off the test light to anything metal on the car and on top of every fuse there is a metal spot one each side poke the end of the tester on each side of the fuse the light should come on on both sides if not that is your bad fuse, (please note that the key may have to be on the on position for some of the fuses to light up)
Fuse # 8 is the Radio Fuse, however, depending on the speaker package you have there are another two fuses, fuse #1 and fuse #20
