SOURCE: Suzuki swift Headlight problem

Have you checked to see if this is a wiring problem or maybe a relay problem?

Recently my lights would work on side lights and not anything else and this was down to dodgy wiring and needed a new relay unit.

If you are talking about the brake fluid reservoir, you need to use brake fluid. Not oil.

In October 2005, Suzuki launched the Sport version of the new Swift in Japan named SwiftRS, and in September 2006 the model was introduced in most European markets. Named "Swift Sport", it is powered by an enhanced M16A unit, a high-revving 1.6-litre, naturally aspirated DOHC VVT four-cylinder engine with an 11.1:1 compression ratio, high lift cams, forged pistons, and strengthened valve springs.

Car shaking hold and engine light flashing 2009 suzuki swift

Please ask a local mechanic too have a look in this case as it could be anything and i couldnt advise without having the engine in front of me .sorry for indecisive answer but modern day vehicles have so many electronic sensors that from afar i just couldnt tell you and to admit i know everything about every make and model on the road would be detrimental to my charecter, iam the original back street cowboy i admit but i will fix things that other garages want a fortune to do as they renew all the parts so something must work ,ME i take them apart and test and try to repair but in this i get called a cowboy, but many years ago when i worked in fleet commercials then if you didnt repair things you were put out in the street as proper mechanics repaired things.Compared to today

My Suzuki swift won't go into 5th gear

manual trans?
no year, so my guess it a very old swift, with a 5 speed MT box.?
well are you parked, or not.
are you moving or not
is the engine running?
and do all gears work moving , ? or not.?

there are 3 fails paths on all M/T
1: clutch
2: shifters do fail easy on suz, cars.
3: tranny
we can diagnose any, just give full symptoms

I need a users manual for my Suzuki Swift Cirrus on an X plate

no year stated, but old cars have vast problems.
most are ignored by prev. owners.
here is your manual. cheap. and online.
http://www.scantool.net/software/alldata-diy-1-month-subscription.html
you can buy a real suz swift FSM on ebay , at any time, dirt cheap.
yes, it had a cat and need one.
on old cars its best to.
1: make sure the brakes are A+ top shape, have and ASE mech test it.
2: make sure there are no gas leaks, ASE mechanic.
3: replace all fluids, and do the 60,000 mile tuneup in the FSM or op. guide.
4: then test the system. runs , shifts, etc.
is the CEL lamp glowing key on, it must
and does it go off , after engine starts and stay off running?
that is the global view.
