check the belt on the PS-pump. Then on top of the steering sector box is a nut with a screw driver slot of a allen head slot. lossen the nut, & tighten the screw or allen slot by turning the slot counter clock wise, then tighten the nut back down. this should take the slack out of the steering wheel. Oh, check the fluid level in the PS-pump resivoir tank.
if noise is excessive it may be low in power steering fluid .if this is the case it will make a moaning ,tearing sound.any car with power steering will make some noise when locked fully left or right.
