This is a common problem with this make and model. The problem could be the instrument cluster itself because they are not made very sturdy. They also can have parts on them that fail like capacitors. Then some of them can have problems with grounding connections at a common point called the bus. You can send the unit in and have it redone by people that specialize in this problem or you can order a new instrument cluster.

unfortunately you need a new cluster this is the only fix

• Bank 1 is the side of the engine with cylinder 1 on it.
• Bank 2 is the side of the engine with cylinder 2 on it.
• So as you are looking strait ahead at your engine the right side is Bank 1 and the left side is bank 2.

Could be the switch itself, or a fuse/relay.

Shouldn't unless they had to remove the gas tank to get to the wounded part of the brake line. They most likely had to, which in turn they had "trouble" getting the fuel lines to separate, and then, before you know it your putting a new $500 fuel delivery module to repair a $15 brake line.

Your best bet would be to take it to your local mechanic or yourself if you feel comfortable with it and first correctly rewire the actuator. If the chain still keeps slipping after this which it probably will you need a t-case rebuild.

The transfer case shows to use Automatic Transmission Fluid. I would personally use a full synthetic transmission fluid as well. I showed three transfer case options for that vehicle and depending on which one you have it will hold anywhere from 1.5 quarts to just a little over 2 quarts depending on which one you have.
