Hi, can you tell us the trouble code the computer is presenting? My guess would be the MAP sensor.

Sounds like a weak fuel pump. Check the fuel pressure and if its not within specs replace pump.

Your saying when you come to a stop, and want to take off and then it out no where goes as you try to acclerate.? Of course it neither one of them 2 things of concern first it sounds like you are low on transmission fluid.you need to check the transmission level if it is low and or doesnt register on the dipstick then what you have describe is the problem low on transmission fluid. Here is how it works when you have the appropriate level transfluid is sufficient to move the car.when your low its not enough fluid to engage the gears and when you step on the fuel pedal it forces to fluid to shift thcar and this is bad on engine and transmission, so check the level. Just for now make sure you have the appriopriate level

A mechanic reset my computer on my 02 Taurus. I need to get it to cycle so I can pass inspection. How do I need to drive it to cycle fast?

With a scanner attached to it. Takes about an hour of driving. the scanner tells you the driving speed and time. There will be highway driving at different speeds, then driving in stop and go traffic.

My question is I have a Hyundai 2006 while im driving the car go to D and D1D2D3.when is in D1 it dnt wanna drive fast .I wanna know what cause dats my first car and I love the car .please help me

All transmissions start in a low gear that is not meant for speed. When it is in D1, the transmission stays in 1st gear and wont move to a higher gear by itself. When you select D2 it starts in 1 and moves to 2 and then wont move any higher.

1998 nissan maxima reads EGR flow maintenance on diagnostic and cuts off sometime when i come to a stop or let off the gas?!?!?!?!?!

A good vacuum chamber doesn't mean the egr valve isn't sticking or leaking.

The recorded fault might have nothing at all to do with the periodic stalling. The management system should maintain the idle at the programmed speed by constantly adjusting the idle air flow through the idle air valve or equivalent. Perhaps it is sticking or not responding quickly enough or perhaps it takes too long to establish a stable idle due to other factors such as poor injector spray patterns or a tired oxygen or other sensor...

My 99 ford windstar is pulsating while stopped at a light

It sounds like you have a misfire. Since you mention it is getting noticeably worse fuel economy, you probably have a spark plug or two that is not firing. Have long has it been since the spark plugs and spark plug wires have been changed? If your answer is, "recently" then check the connections of all the plug wires to the plugs to see if maybe one or more just didn't have a good connection.

I took the battier cable off the clean it and then took it to emissom and it failed and said you have to drive it to let it clear itself how long to I drive it before taking it back

A day or so would be good. It takes a computer anywhere from a few minutes to re-learn the parameters to several hours. Drive different speeds, accelerate fast, slow. Try and run thru all different kinds of driving styles.

Car flutters when try to increase speed.

Have you checked if your car is leaking transmission fluid??? to check it you must Turn ON your car and put it on reverse and then check your transmission oil. if you notice that it has Good oil and when you drive... you notice that the transmission shifts good but your still have a flutter when you increase speed. you might wanna check The Drive Arm. Sometimes it does that when it needs to be replaced
