Sounds like the seals may have failed in the air shocks themselves. I also think you may have a bleeder valve problem. Follow the lines back and check the bleeder valve to see if it is leaking when you have someone else turn the vehicle on.

Your airbags probably have an air leak or are just starting to crack. Go to you tube and type in Suncore hummer suspension air bag replacement. They have a whole how to install that also show your suspension and how it fails

Converting from the air ride suspension to the passive coil spring suspension will eliminate this problem. To fix your air system you will have to purchase the parts directly from the dealer which means the prices will be severely inflated. Check out Strutmasters website at: http://www.strutmasters.com/Cadillac-Eldorado-Air-Suspension-Rear-Conversion-R-p/-cad-r5ns-el.htm My Uncle converted his Cadillac Deville two years and has only had positive things to say about the effects! I hope this advice was of some help.
SOURCE: Discovery rear air suspension sitting down overnight
My car did this. I could actually park and feel my car raise up or down. Looking at my car it was sitting completely crooked as if I had hydraulics. lol I have a 2001 Discovery II. When I had it fixed at the dealer it was the rear airbag which is part of the air ride suspansion. I hope this helps.
