I need the location for a coolant sensor on a 04 chevy silverado truck

You didnt say what size of engine you had, but in 5.3L the coolant temp sensor is located on the driver's side of the engine, just in front of the exhaust manifold. If you have a different engine, just leave a comment on here and i will update the location.

Have a 2004 Chevy Silverado need some help. Where is the knock sensor located?

There are two knock sensors on your engine, and they are underneath the intake manifold. You will have to remove the intake to get to the sensors.

P0136 on 2004 Chevy Truck

That code is for a bad O2 Sensor circuit. If it is just the O2 Sensor that has gone bad, yes it is a very easy repair to do at home.

My service 4wd scan comes on. any idea what that

It is called the solenoid sensor, it can keep the truck in a different gear than is shown on transfer case switch. This happened on my chev as well but it wasn't the sensor just a corroded ground cable for the solenoid sensor.

Knock sensor

Buy the sensor from the dealer. Aftermarket parts will give you headaches.
