If your talking about the crankshaft pulley, you will need whats called a hamonic balancer puller. They are available at most auto parts stores and also places like Harbor Freight tools. It will have a "bracket" that you screw an included bolt into the center and then using the included bolts, bolt it onto the pulley. then you just screw the large bolt into the center of the crankshaft and it forces the pulley off. When it's time to put the pulley back on, You can use a block of wood and hit the pulley IN THE CENTER PORTION to get it back on the crankshaft. Remember to apply the proper torque to the pulley bolt or it might come loose.

The big pulley on bottom ( balancer pulley). if this is what your talking about you need a puller tool that can be rented from your parts store.

Happened after i changed starter motor ,car doesn't accelerate lacking power.

Hi I'm Al the owner of Big As Auto Repair

While installing the starter did you remove the battery negative cable first and if you didn't did you get a large spark when you replaced the starter. If you did, here's something you can try. Removed the accessory drive belt and see if you have power. If you do you may have welded something together. Try turning all the pulley's by hand and if one will not turn then that's what you replace to fix your problem. If they all turn freely then that's not your problem. Want to change my timing belt on a 3.2 rodeo 1998 24v engine

The marks should be in the shape of "arrows" or indented "lines" located on the pulleys and the face of the head gasket. There are alike marks on the crankshaft pulley and the face of the engine block also. Make sure your #1 cylinder is at "Top Dead Center" before you line up the pulleys on the cylinder head and install the belt.
