You need to take it right back to them and advise them that this was not the same condition in which you dropped it off to them and they should diagnose the issue for free!

Hi my engine make noise when i accelerate and stop when hidling its fordbantam 1.3 2007 rocam

It’s difficult to say because engines make a wide variety of noises.
Rattling, possibly a worn timing chain.
Misfiring, possibly incorrect valve timing or damaged head gasket.
Metallic scraping, possibly a lack of oil pressure causing bearing to run dry.
Knocking, possibly worn mains or big end bearings.
Loud exhaust noise, possibly a blown exhaust manifold gasket.

There are a wide variety of possible noises and therefore a wide variety of possible causes

Lifter noise

by changing the exhaust I take it that you removed the standard exhaust manifold and fitted extractors in instead. The noise may not be lifters but a exhaust leak form the exhaust not being fitted properly (gasket ) or just and gas noise as the exhaust valve opens that is normally silenced by a stock manifold.

Car cut off at red light

Toni, is your car making noises while your driving? Although your lights work, still check the battery level. Make sure everything is the way it should be first. If your check engine light is on, get it scanned at Autozone, it is free. You may have an issue with your transmission or shifting components. Did it continue to make noises when shifting? I need a little more detail please.

1983 f150 with 351 windsor. Recent problem of bogging down when climbing moderate hills. Also sounds of ticking noise, lifters or manifolds leak? Any help much appreciated.

A leaking exhaust manifold could make a ticking noise. So could a lifter or valve. The exhaust noise would be louder under load.
If the carb is running too lean, or you have a vac leak, the lean fuel mixture could make the exhaust leak worse, and cause the loss of power.

Exaust system on my 2005 echo leaks and makes lots of noise is it a lot of MONEY

exhaust leaks usually mean repairing /replacing problem, usually can cost a few bucks, depending on the mileage on the vehicle and how it was maintained is to wether you can switch to synthetic oil. I run it in my 02 cougar since new and fine, but once the motors start to weear out, better off staying with a regular/semi synthetic oil...7 years, id change the trans fluid, sounds like reasonable pricing.

Trans will not shift gears just had trans

Sounds like either the pump went out or something is not installed in the case properly.

STOP TRYING TO DRIVE IT OR EVEN RUN IT!!!!

Take it back to where you had it serviced and have them make it right.

Exhaust Manifolds and Synchronizer & Sensor

You can drive the car nearly forever with these noise concerns, the trans noise which is the synchronizer ring may cause an issue in the long run, I have no clue what sensor they are talking about, but sensors don't make any noise, they are electronic parts.
