Both the Horn fuse and Relay are located in the Engine Bay fuse box,check the underside of the fuse box cover for the exact fuse number and the location of the relay
horns are usually located at the front of the vehicle between the front grill and the radiator . Suggest opening hood of engine bay and holding up hood if it has a hood support rod. Look for a horn at the front of vehicle . However after some research on my part
from the link below the horn is located on the firewall right hand side (firewall is wall between engine and passenger compartment) http://www.slideshare.net/bobbyg9/horns
underneath if you leave the engine in the chassis , out the top if removing it from the drive train, take the hood off either way , if going under will need a vehicle lift
Search engine bay fusebox locate horn relay remove, tap with screwdriver handle, put back in place. Still does not work open horn cover in steering wheel.
