You have a fault somewhere in the SRS (air bag system), you need to get the vehicle scanned because your airbag system will not function properly until it is fixed. Take it to a shop you trust or the dealer.

In the top of steering wheel an passenger side is in the dash panel . Should be marked air bag . Now if your looking for the SRS - air bag module , could be under the passenger seat or under the center console . Is the air bag light lit ? If so codes are stored .
It sounds like you have a small hole in one of your air bags that your vehicle uses as a cushion to give you a smoother rid. If this is the case The only solution is to replace the bag. Then again you may only have a leaky line. These things are kind of hard to pin point without actually seeing the vehicle. At any rate you have an air leak. I hope this helps you out.
if there is a fault with the air bag the car wont start as a safety precaution so it doesnt go off while your driving i think you have no choice but to have an auto electrician or service guy look at it and get it fixed. sorry to be the messenger of bad news.
A service air bag message on the IPC warns the driver that a fault has been detected in the airbag system.. Depending on the fault detected, some or even all the airbag components may not function properly in the event of a crash of sufficient force. Better have your vehicle checked by a diagnostic scan tool to retrieve the codes and address the problem earlier as possible
You need to pull the codes from the computer, to know where to go next. Typically, there is a sensor that gets contaminated from road water...but pull the codes...
The air bag light will remain illuminated if a fault has been detected in the air bag system.
The onboard computer will need to be interfaced with diagnostic equipment to read the fault.
This is also the only way to reset the light.

u have to replace all dammage components for the air bag system first including the air bag module
if u install the air bag it would not blow out like that
the system is in default that why the warning light is on
u would have to get the vehicle scan to see the reason why the light is on or to reset it ( by dealer )
air bags can be tricky and dangerous. after all they are a controled explosion. static fom your person could set it off. therefore i highly recomend you take it to the shop
You need a scan tool that reads the airbag computer. After that you need to reprogram (reset) it if there is no faults. Bring it to a Dealer as it may be under warranty
