Have you checked the height sensor for the front, and the system for leaks ?

Does the pump produce pressure and not leak down?

could be wheel bearing ,could be cv joint could possably be bushings in suspenion.

I'd take it to a few shops that do front end alignments and get a couple of estimates. Usually both strut springs do not fail at the same time. The struts are just shocks so thats out. Not much can drop both sides at the same time.
Have you actually measured the sides to see if the front is lower ? Or has a panel or object dropped and is now very close to the ground while the car is still more or less at normal height ??
