Where is the fuel pump

REMOVE THE REAR BACK SEAT BOTTOM TO GAIN ACCESS, THE SEAT IS HELD IN BY 2 BOLTS. YOU WILL NEED A 10MM OR 12MM SOCKET TO LOOSEN THE SEAT. BOLTS ARE LOCATED BETWEEN THE SPACE WHERE THE SEAT MEETS THE SEAT BACK. WHERE THE REAR SEAT BELTS COME OUT. WHEN BOLT ARE REMOVED PUT YOUR HAND BETWEEN THE SEAT AND PULL UP YOU WILL SEE WHERE THE FRONT HALF OF THE SEAT IS SECURED BY A 'L' SHAPE BRACKET LOCATED IN THE FRONT HALF OF THE REAR SEAT GOING INTO THE FLOOR BOARD.

WHERE IS THE OIL PUMP LOCATED ON 99 LR DISCOVERY

The Oil Pump is located in the sump of the engine. It has a common issue with the Oil Pump Bolt, which holds the sprocket driven by a chain to the oil pump. On some models this has been known to work loose due to not being loctited. The replacement Pump Bolt has a dab of loctite. My 99 bolt was loose. You'll need a new sump seal too. Parts are about £20's worth.

Tension bolt

It has to be located just above the belt near the power steering pump. Common sense will let you know that the tension bolt will tighten or lossen the belt.
