My 2001 Kia sephia won't start. The lights and radio work. Tried jump starting it and it still wouldn't start. When I turn the key, there is no clicking or anything. Could it be the linkage. My car will roll when in drive, reverse not just when in neutral.

Are you saying the engine cranks but won't start, or the engine won't crank ? If the engine does not crank, you would check for voltage at the starter, the neutral safety switch, and the key switch as well as the ground connections.
even if your starter is out it would still click when you tried starting the car. so try replacing your battery first thats the most common problem for random starting. also look under the car you may need to jack it up. look under the intake manifold that is where the starter is check to see that everything is hooked correctly and that all the bolts are tightend securley and not loose on one side.
