Brake lights ceased working.

-Make sure the correct fuse.
And did you check the bulb? If yes the bulb are good.
-next check power at the bulb. Ask a helper to help you brake and
check any power there or not. If yes there is power. Then the problem is NOT Ground.

Good Luck

2005 Ford Focus- Blinkers, Brake lights and hazards don't work -just change the bulbs and they still don't work. Help!

That should be on two different fuses, but everything goes thru the turn signal switch.
The switch might be faulty. A mechanic would check for voltage there.

My sidelights come on when i brake ive checked earths and changed bulbs its a 1.6 ford focus lx

one or more of your bulbs in the brake light sockets is wrong or you have a short circuit between the brake light wire(s) and the running light wiring.

Check the back bulbs 1st.

No brake lights.....

try the brake switch located behind the brake pedal itself
