The sway bar bushings are easily replaceable ....remove the 2 bolts that hold the mount and remove the old/damaged bushing.....slip the new one over the sway bar and replace the bracket....done.
I would replace both while I was under the car....here is a picture for reference....

I have a 2005 camry with 260,000 km. I brought my car into the dealer for a routine maintenance asking them to check out a front end rattling when i go over large bumps. I was told that the control arms...

First,as you travel over a rough road that causes the rattle apply the brakes slightly,is the rattle gone now?If so it's loosely mounted brake pads and/or worn brake caliper mounting bolts/sliders.
Rattle still there with your foot on the brake? Then it's usually the sway bar links and/or sway bar bushings.
To check this sway bar noise, disconnect the sway bar links and tie the bar up/out of the way and try that same road.
No noise now? address sway bar bushings and/or links.
Still noise?Might be struts.
If someone tells you,.you have loose lower control arm bushings, have them show you the play in the bushings before you spend any $$$.

I need to replace the linkage for my front sway bar or stabilizer bar linkage, im not sure which its called but no parts store can find the part in there system. What is it im looking for?

That is strange. Typically you are looking for bushings. but sometimes the links, washers, bolts and nuts need replacement also. Moog makes what you need, aftermarket and the dealer sells what you need. I prefer aftermarket, it usually lasts longer.
Try another parts store, what you seek should be in suspension parts...

How to replace sway bar end links on 2005 dakota 2WD quad cab

I just replaced 2 front stabilizer links and it was easy. You have to jack up both wheels make sure you take off both front tires makes it easier too work on take the top nut off on link by stabilizer bar first if you break it off dont worry its ok then take off bottom nut from the frame where the link goes thru put in new link tighten bottom nut first then tighten top nut dont over tighten top nut to much just enough that the threaded shaft is about a 1 1/4 inches above the nut do the same on the other side.

How do i find a diagram showing my front end sway bar bushings?

The sway bar bushings are under the large clamps that hold the bar to the frame. The ends of the sway bar are connected to the struts by the sway bar links. When the links wear out, they clunk--not squeak. The bushings are under the retainer in the pic below.
