Where the wiper attatches to the gear are little splines, sounds like they are most likly worn out but you can also pull off the little cap and re tighten the nut. Or if they a pressure fit wiper it may just be the wiper arm itself

you need to take the door panel off, there is a rod in there that connects to the lock cylinder it frequently pops off, there is a little plastic clip that should hold it on to the cylinder it may be broken!!

sometimes turning the ignition on 3 times quickly without starting will reset the computer. If the van has power locks and keyless entry then try using only the keyless entry. Sometimes your car wont have a alarm but an anti theft device which will not allow it to start if it goes off or something triggers it.

Check the starter motor, the starter solenoid and if it's automatic... the neutral safety switch.
If it's standard, the clutch has a switch which locks out the starter unless completely depressed. Check the switch for continuity.
