My 200 jeep grand cherokee laredo keeps hesitating and idles high on its own when standing ,goes from high idle to low sputtering and shutting off. I've changed battery, coil pack spark plugs,fuel filter,catalytic converter and muffler,4 oxygen sensors

Your vehicle has the ability to identify and warn of an issue with engine management components by way of storing trouble codes. A code reader is needed to read these codes, then a diagnostic approach is started from there. Any well supplied auto store sells code readers for about 40 dollars, and most will connect their own code reader to see if codes are present for free. Don't replace anymore parts until this is done.
