Where is the fuel filter on a 93 mercedes 400 sel

Carburated right i believe it should be on drivers side underneath in between driver door and back dooralong e dge

seat swabs ( backs ) are normally held in by bolts underneath at the bottom and then just lift out at the bottom and up towards the back window

fan clutch . or the electric fan . relays or fan switch.

check the hood there is usually a picture of it there

thermostat? waterpump? fanclutch ?

the best thing you can do for this car is drain the tank and start again. the injection system this car uses is a very very good but tempermantal one and poor fuel quality or contamination(like water) will feel like the world is coming apart. change the fuel filter also which is in the rear near the right wheel. it will be a pump with the filter right next to it. these are really great cars. once the tank is drained and good fuel poured in, replace the spark plugs with bosch w8dc with a plug gap of .032".

1992 mercedes fuel pump filter is located on passenger side behind rear drive axle. disconnect battery, raise car and secure it with jack stands, remove rear tire, you will black plastic shield that protects fuelpump and filter

Hello, What you could have is and ignition problem. I have had to replace many distributor caps (2) and rotor buttons (2) on this model to solve this same problem.
