First you should check the vehicle handbook and ensure the immobiliser is being disarmed. When you have satisfied yourself to this it would perhaps be wise to check the fuses before moving on to more in depth checks.

Just replace engine in 2005 kia spectra 2.0l and now it won't crank. do i need to reset the computer or what, if so how to do it?

If you just replaceD the engine in your 2005 Kia Spectra, was the replacement engine a good one? It sounds to me like it's a starter or starter solenoid issue! Try "hot-wiring" the starter solenoid, to see if the engine cranks. All security systems are "low level" in terms of current control. But a DIRECT connection from a good battery to the starter solenoid should engage it, which should complete the circuit from the battery to the starter motor.

Kia spectra 2006 ex, won't crank up after overheating, changed the head gasket, but still won't crank up...

Are you able to turn the engine over manually? Did you try to turn it when the head was off the see if it was seized or not? Changing a head gasket simply keeps the fluids in the right spots and creates a seal for the pistons. It has nothing to do with cranking.

I have a 04 kia spectra manual 2.0L EX. My check engine light keeps coming on and it is reading 02 sensors. I had the sensors replaced last year. The mechanic said that the codes indicated that it was...

Well your MAF or Mass airflow sensor is used to find out the mass of the air that enters a fuel-injected engine. If this is failing, it would send the computer into a "default" mode and turn on your check engine light. You can find this here: http://www.autozone.com/autozone/parts/2004-Kia-Spectra/Mass-Air-Flow-Sensor/_/N-jlophZ9gsmv?filterByKeyWord=mass+airflow+sensor&fromString=search
of course the prices will differ from city to city.

The selenoid is only used on the starter for starting the vehicle. Otherwise this vehicle is not equipped with any other selenoids used in the air intake.

I have a 2005 Kia Spectra ex. Had mechanic look at it twice. Had battery alternator and starter tested. All good. Check engine light is not on. Just had tune up trasmission fluid exchange done. The power...

The ringing noise could be from a bad alternator, a loose bolt, a loose pulley or gear or possibly a low fluid level in the power steering pump. Try listening for the noise when the engine is idling, then as you rev the motor from 1000 to 1800rpm and also while you are driving on the street and the highway. While the car is in park and running, crank the steering wheel right and/or left until it stops and hold it there to listen for noises from the power steering. The electronic gurgling noise and chattering noises could be failing bearings in one of the pulleys (tensioner, idler, etc. and/or possibly a water pump bearing. Here is a tip for diagnosis- Find 3/8 drive extension that is at least 12" to 18" long. Open the hood and start the car. Take one end of the extension and place it on the alternator body away from any electrical connections, pulleys, belts, etc. and put your ear against the other end and listen for chattering, ringing or any other odd noise. Then do the same to the p/s pump, a/c compressor, etc. BE SURE YOU SAFELY APPLY THIS TECHNIC AND IF YOU DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE, TAKE IT TO A PROFESSIONAL. SAFETY FIRST.
