Cant find ac fuse box - 2004 Chevrolet Express

You should have a fuse and relay in the underhood fuse box. If I remember right, the A/C fuse is at the very front of the box by itself and the relay is on the far left and the top relay towards the cowl

Check connect point at compressor see if current is present behind connect .

not sure where the fuse is for sure either under hood or drivers side under dash,but if the refrigerant gets low as it will over time or if theres a leak the ac clutch will not kick in. even with heat on defrost the ac clutch should kick in and out if ts working proper

Hi, there is a big black box under the hood. The A/C fuse is #4.

look under the hood. Open the fuse box on the drivers side fender. The relay will be the one closest to the front of the car. Labeled "M/G CLT". It is very near the negative post of the battery. If you turn on the AC you can feel the relay clicking on and off. To test you can swap out another relay in the fuse box. The AC relay is availble from Rockauto.com, $11.

Take the glove box out. Behind the fuse box you will find a big gob of black tape, (it looks like a box shape all taped up. Take the tape off and you will find three inline fuse holders taped together. The AC fuse is the 10 amp one.

I have fitted a recon heater/ac unit in my car because my old one packed up, but i cant seem to get the back window heater working nor the heated seats & wind mirrors!! I have checked all the fuses from inside the drivers door panel + under the bonnet & also in the back boot & they are all fine, i have even baught a recon fuse box for under the bonnet, but still cant seem to get these problems fixed?
Can you give me any more suggestions please!!!

is your battery in the trunk? I have a magnum and the fuse box and battery are in the back with the spare tire.

The AC fuse is located in the fuse box under the dash. It it the top most one, on the left. 10 amp fuse.

The AC system utilizes 4 fuses.

They are: a 10 amp AC, a 10 amp GAUGE, a 40 amp HEATER and a 30 amp CDS FAN

The 40 and the 30 will be found under the hood, in the fuse box, the two ten amp fuses are in the fuse box under the dash.
