Question about 1993 Hyundai Elantra
The baseline idle is set too high. Meaning someone has screwed the idle screw out too far. Probably because the Idle Speed Control Motor is dead. Same thing happened to me on the same model car. Replacing the ISC Motor is extremely easy to do, a replacement cost me $135AU.

my hyundai lantra is a1993 manual and when you first start it up it reves up high then drops down then back up again can you please help me to fix the darn thing
