Mitsubishi Lancer 2002 runs very bad. Turn air cond. on and the car turns off. Car shakes a lot.
The fuel filter is located WITH the fuel pump it is called a fuel module, it is what Mitsubishi calls this bundle, to access remove rear seat cushion under it you will find the a sheet metal access cover, under that cover is the module assy. This will be a new fuel pump and filter you are replacing, so make sure you are doing a repair you need first.
The fuel filter is located under the back seat on the left side. If you attemp to change it by yourself make sure your have an hour or two if you're not used to it. First remove the bottom part of the back seat by pulling with your hand. Put your hand in between the upper and the lower part of the seat and pull it upward and then unsnap the front (2 snaps).
Then remove the rubber insulation and the acces cap using a #2 phillips screwdriver. And then the work begin... Most of all make sure you do not break any bolt (there are 6). $ of them will be quite easy to remove but watch out for the 2 last nuts... It will be rusted.
Removing the bolts will loosen the metal ring that presses the plastic part (the fuel filter) on to the rubber seal and the tank. The filter is also the pump mounting bracket.

I check the codes and gave me that one of the o2 sensors was bad. I have changed the upstream but not able to change de downstream.
Then my other question is where the fuel filter is because I have got out of gas several times and because of that the filter may be clog.
my radiator head burst, changed it, change fan control unit, Not too sure but temperature gauge is half way and a little above sometimes, how can i test my thermostat and fan control unit.
What repairs have you done?, check the engine trouble codes and let me know what they are, check the fuel pressure.
