SOURCE: ball joint replacement tips
use new cotter pins... at the other end of the tie rod you will see a bolt. use vice grips to make sure that shaft does not turn.. and back off the bolt about one or two turns use some needle nose pliers to pull the one side of the cotter pin even so you can pull it out. undo the bolt and tap the tie rod with a hammer to loosen it.
now... when you unscrew the tie rod from the shaft... count the turns until it come off. screw the new tie rod back onto the shaft the same number of times. after that is done.... reassemble it and tighten the bolt on the other end of the tie rod.
don't forget to grease the tie rod (if there is a fitting)

Sounds like the link rod to the latch are jammed in the locked position by something inside the door or it came off. Any way, you have to remove the door panel to get access to it.

SOURCE: water in heater box
alan,is this only on vihicle start-up and taking off from corners when accelerating,if so,sounds like air in heater core, you could try to purge air out with a manual system pressure tester or run vehicle from cold start with rad cap off for 15 minutes at 1200 rpm to purge air from system, also dont rule out basics, verify rain water drain ports are clear and not plugged

There could be several causes. You could need your tires balanced, you might have unevenly worn tires caused by loose steering parts or worn shock absorbers. Have a tire shop check the tires. If the vibration gets worse when applying the brakes it indicates warped rotors. If they have not reached minimum thickness they may be able to be resurfaced - however - resurfacing removes more material and takes away their ability to get rid of heat, meaning they could warp again sooner. Fast driving and hard braking causes the heat that causes warpage.
