Check the small connector at starter for voltage when cranking if ok try the hammer test if starts bad starter (ie) tapping starter with hammer while trying to start.

The last time I saw this, it turned out to be a bad ECM due to shock. This was a Grand Caravan which didn't have any major damage as a result of the colision.
why the radiator ? any why how did this start was it running before has anything been done to the engine etc. has the battery been off... most problems with engine not starting is down to the immobiliser.. or a fuse blown in the engine bay. other problems can be the relays for the fuel and injectors these are in the engine bay. turn ignition on and tap the top of them if you hear a click then try to start engine and that is the one you need to replace.
Check
battery condition (12.5 volts) and the cable connections to terminals, these should be bright metal to metal contact and tight.

yes, the engine gets hot and has a shut off to protect it from overheating to badly. Repair the fan and see if the problem is corrected. If not please let me know. Thanks
Can't find my picture right now, but look for a relay with following wires in connector. Dark blue/w yellow stripe, dark blue, dark green w/black stripe, & red w/white stripe. that should be it.
